Consultation and Design Process

Design Proposal and Agreement

Fees and Payment

Changes and Revisions

Warranty and Liability

Design Light LLC warrants that all services will be performed with reasonable care and skill in accordance with industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results due to factors beyond our control, such as construction delays or unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services rendered.

Confidentiality

Design Light LLC respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any sensitive or proprietary information to third parties without prior consent. Likewise, clients are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Design Light LLC.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms or conditions outlined herein. In the event of termination, Design Light LLC will be entitled to compensation for work performed up to the date of termination.
